Your Rights
In the event of an accident you have the right to demand that your Toyota is taken to accident repair centre. Generally, insurance companies direct policyholders to their 'approved' repairers. As well as the risk of invalidating your manufacturer's warranty, these parts may also be fitted without the same care and attention you would receive from a Toyota approved repairer.

As a motor vehicle insurance policy holder you have the right to choose the repairer you wish to carry out the repairs on your vehicle, regardless of your insurance company's advice.
