Children’s Play Area Free to Good Yorkshire Home
WRMG Toyota on Canal Road in Bradford is appealing to local community groups or organisations to claim a children's play area. The climbing frame and slides risk demolition in January if a suitable home isn’t found.
WRMG Toyota’s offer includes free relocation to the most deserving organisation.
WRMG Toyota Used Car centre manager Mark Reynolds said, “It’s a perfectly good play area which would make a wonderful centrepiece for a local community group. It’s only a few years old and there’s plenty of life in it yet. If you were going to buy one of these today it would set you back a couple of thousands of pounds at least.
“It’s been a popular attraction here at the Toyota showroom. We’d love to see the play area enjoyed for many years to come by a deserving local community group.”
The play area is on land due to be built on in January with the development of a £1.85 million Lexus centre. The Toyota dealership will be moving round the corner to the site formerly used by Dixon Rover.
