The results of the JD Power and Associates / What Car? 2009 UK
Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Study have now been announced.
The study is based on a survey of UK car buyers who have owned their vehicle
for an average of two years and provides manufacturers with invaluable
feedback in the areas of vehicle quality and reliability, vehicle appeal,
ownership costs and service satisfaction.
We are delighted to confirm that Toyota has again achieved very strong scores in the study, scoring 805 on a 1,000 point scale and ranking joint 4th.
Model highlights include
- AYGO achieving the highest city car ranking (811 points)
- Yaris achieving second in the small car category (812 points)
- Corolla achieving 808 points (3rd in the lower medium category)
- Prius achieving the highest upper medium ranking (843 points)
